About the event
Join us for our monthly gathering for caregivers (First Fridays)!
This event is casual and open to anyone raising kids ages 0-10 (pregnant folks, postpartum families, caregivers of young children, doulas, etc.!).
Our space is set up like a yoga studio. We'll have mats, exercise balls, and other comfy things to sit on, but please feel free to bring a blanket or anything to make yourself comfortable. Please note that our space is shoe-free.
We'll provide snacks! Send us an email after registration if you have any dietary restrictions.
Non-crawling babies are welcome.
